To implement its growth strategy our client is looking for a successful candidate to lead one of its businesses focused on utilities and corporate industries for the position of:
Managing Director
(ref. MD), Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Complete business unit revenue responsibility considered as P&L including sales and delivery processes
- Business strategy design and implementation responsibility, setting short and long-term objectives
- Managing relationships with key customers and representing the company in contacts with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Acquiring new contracts and providing an order portfolio for the Company
- Managing the business unit budget and provide its implementation and reporting in accordance with the Group principles
- Improving business unit efficiency
- Building the Group’s market position in terms of entrusted products, solutions, and competences
- Managing new processes and products to increase business capabilities and strengthen market position
- Effective implementation of activities increasing the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate Team, including adapting the employment structure to the business needs and the Group strategy
- Building, development, and maintenance of substantive competences enabling gaining a competitive advantage on the market
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in executive role with P&L responsibility including sales and delivery
- Familiarity with utilities industry will be an advantage
- Understanding of software delivery process based on agile and waterfall approaches
- Project managerial background and familiarity with complex projects delivery
- Senior stakeholder management experience including clients and business partners
- Knowledge and coordination experience of M&A processes will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- University degree
- Proficiency in English
