The company develops AAA class games (the big ones) which involves lots of resources, means, and coordinating extraordinary talents across the globe. Not all gaming studios can handle such assignments. Therefore, our client needs your expertise in IT project portfolio management to define new industry standards.
Senior Programme / Project Manager, Gaming

Your responsibilities:
- Leading a portfolio of large-scale international projects
- Facilitating and improving internal communication
- Collaborating with Developers, Producers, Management, Publishers and 1st Parties
- Velocity tracking of bug fixing
- Monitoring & controlling the project schedule
- Monitoring & controlling project scope
- Identifying and managing risk
- Continuous improvement of the shipping process
- Documentation management
Expectations:
- 5+ years? experience in IT Project/Programme/Portfolio Management
- Experience in managing a team of at least 25+ people
- Familiarity of Agile and Waterfall software development approaches
- Extremely strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent teamwork, focus on contributing to good working relationships throughout the team
- Ability to work effectively with people with different specializations and backgrounds
- Ability to work under time pressure
- High work ethic and self-motivated
- Passion for Games
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
