CTO

We are looking for a CTO who will be our technology go-to expert and play an integral role in leading the company?s strategic direction, development and future growth. In this position, you will have the opportunity to oversee overall technology development of data-driven solution to simplify complex data challenges facing the world?s largest global enterprises.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator, we?d like to meet you.

On a daily basis you will:

Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Lead the strategy for technology partnerships and external relationships
Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings
Develop, track and control the development of roadmap and budgets
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Keep abreast of best practices in the technology landscape

What?s important in this role:

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role, 5+ years management experience
Background in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development
Hands on experience with complex project management
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective organizational and time-management skills
Proactive problem solving
