As an HR Executive you will be part of the executive responsible for defining and execution of company’s development strategy.
In particular, your role will be dedicated to shape a conducive environment for building a client-focused organisation.
This includes the whole employment policy, recruitment, development, retention management, talent and performance management.
You will act as an advisor to the board members regarding employee-management practices and implementation unifying procedures. You will be enabling EVP initiatives to promote the company as a great place to work.
Your role will be manage an HR team and supervise external suppliers (such as payroll, legal services etc.). You will have an overall HR budget responsibility.
If you already have a professional experience in leading HR department and providing strategic HR leadership you are the person we are looking for.
Our client preference is to meet candidate from people-based environment, preferably in b2b industry. You should have a higher education background, be familiar with current trends in HR. Your international experience will be an asset.
