Enterprise Infrastructure Director
(ref. EID), Warszawa
Your responsibilities:
- You will be a formal line manager, a servant leader focusing on developing resources and IT delivery best practices.
- Your role will be to provide an environment for personal and professional development and continuous learning through a combination of coaching, feedback, and mentoring.
- You will need to understand a wide range of technologies and their potential evolution, overviews and promote the skills roadmap
- You will be co-constructing the international talent sourcing strategy and managing a variety of workforce vendors, from sourcing to contracting.
- You will be supervising technology processes, products & standards related with the CTO organization (e.g.: IT Ops Delivery, Service Mgmt., FinOps, BCP/DR) based on agile framework and delivery model.
Expectations:
- Bachelor?s degree
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrasructure and technology related fields
- Leadership competencies and experience in people development.
- Ability to manage very high intensity problems
- Mastery of practical/technical knowledge
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Very strong communication & influencing skills
- Fluency in English
