Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust commercial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and market trends.
- Oversee all aspects of purchasing and sales, ensuring seamless integration and execution of commercial plans.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement in product offerings and promotions.
- Streamline commercial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities with innovative product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for cohesive execution of commercial plans.
- Establish and monitor KPIs related to sales, margin, and market share to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of managing complex commercial operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, analytical skills, effective communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in managing end-to-end commercial processes.
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
