ServiceDesk Team Manager
Place of work: Warsaw
Essential duties & responsibilities
– leading the team of IT specialists supporting hundreds of users
– developing and implementing new solutions and initiatives to support better client experience
– managing relations with internal stakeholders
– constantly improving processes of IT support
– adjusting organization to new challenges connected with digital transformation
– managing hardware and software lifecycle, including versions and license management
– reporting to executive level
What we expect:
– degree in IT or related
– at least 5 years of running helpdesk team in line with ITIL recommendations
– excellent leadership skills
– pro-active approach
– very good command of English
– familiarity with newest technology trends and wiliness to use them to make the company better
