Client Service Director
based in Warsaw (on-site mostly)

We are seeking a highly experienced executive to lead an extensive and growing client service structure dedicated to well-recognised brands in Poland and global accounts. You will work closely with team heads in digital, ATL & BTL, and retail for local clients in Poland and the company network worldwide.

You will be responsible for KPI management, people management, recruitment, and training, as well as client relationship building and financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in delivering advertising or marketing campaigns on a global scale for blue-chip clients, with strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and a commercial focus.

Numeracy and solid business and financial acumen are preferred, as is the ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of people management methods and IT industry background are desirable, as well availability for frequent business trips.
