Working directly with the board CTO is the one, who inspired by technology inspires others to deliver best-in-class software products.
Moreover, due to the current stage of development CTO plays a significant role in shaping its architecture.
Chief Technology Officer
based in Warsaw (on-site mostly)
Responsibilities:
- to manage effectively a software delivery teams
- to manage and extended technical competencies of team members
- to effectively deliver software development projects
- to deliver product roadmap and supporting the strategic technology directions of the company
- to monitor technology trends and propose improvements
- to supervise quality management and security procedures
- to manage vendor relations and service level agreements
Expectations:
- degree in IT or related
- CTO/senior managerial experience, preferably in SAAS business
- people managerial experience
- familiarity with cloud-based environments, technologies and social trends within on-line business
- excellent project management skills
- very good command of English
- lots of passion for on-line technologies
- great leadership skills combined with enthusiasm
- experience with leading software delivery agile teams
- communications and organizational skills
