Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Main responsibilities:
- defining and implementing the company’s international revenue growth strategy
- leading sales and account management teams
- sales and business development support also on operational level
- revising the strategy and ensuring proper flexibility and agility to face industry changes and meet customer needs
- providing ongoing market feedback analysing trends and exploring new oportunities
- close cooperation with the company ownership representatives and with the other board members
- ensuring appropriate profitability level
- financial results and forecasts monitoring in both – short and long terms
- shaping a company culture, high work standards and ensuring good atmosphere to support employee involvement
Requirements:
- executive experience in technology-driven environment preferably in companies providing services to ad publishers and marketing chains
- proven successes in scaling a business on international level
- experience in sales and business development
- understanding of digital marketing and complexity of leading platforms
- sales team management experience
- leadership and strategic competences
- flexibility in acting and thinking
- being passionate and optimistic
- fluency in English
