Grants & Subsidies Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate with local and group management to define the organization’s development directions.
  • Identify and pursue available programs and funding opportunities that align with the organization’s development initiatives.
  • Engage with international stakeholders to jointly apply for development funds.
  • Partner with universities, institutes, and external organizations to create initiatives in line with the organization’s strategy and funding opportunities.
  • Attend scientific events, conferences, and local and international fairs related to the organization’s development strategy.
  • Verify programs and grants to ensure the group meets the criteria and eligibility requirements.
  • Prepare applications and oversee the document submission process.
  • Work with internal teams to implement programs and utilize obtained funds, ensuring cooperation with beneficiaries.
  • Coordinate reporting and documentation collection for program implementation, supporting beneficiaries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Documented success in securing funds and subsidies from various sources.
  • Knowledge of grant acquisition processes.
  • Experience in international projects and collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Creativity and initiative.
  • Proficiency in English.
