We are proud to announce that, we have an outstanding opportunity for a bright IT/Digital leader to join Warsaw office of one of the well known international consumer goods companies. As an IT Director you will have significant impact on implementing digital culture across the organisation.

The person we are looking for will lead and advice organisation on how the business can be enabled by using digital technologies across Europe.
He or She will also consider what capabilities will the company need in the future, and how they can be enabled quickly.
We are looking for an agile thinker, that can balance between supporting legacy solutions with new approach, moving the company wisely towards future.

You need to be able to challenge and ask questions to bring the best solutions to the business. You also need to be capable of working in a matrix organisation, across borders and cultures, and to be ready to collaborate on a C-level.

You should have an IT and digital background, preferably along with business education.

Strong commercial capabilities are required to provide partnership for business representatives.

You should have an extensive IT expertise, including knowledge of corporate architecture, systems lifecycle management and on-line business

You need to have excellent leadership and communication skills to be able to manage cross-functional teams within matrix environment

We are looking for a digital passionate who will enable organisation to implement visible changes in its culture
