It is a company with unique organizational culture focused on sharing knowledge and continuous improvement of competences of its teams. Our client develops a consulting team operating within the IT domain seeking talented people with various levels of professional experience that could join the organization. This team is responsible for the implementation of projects in the field of strategic consulting, in which technology is the basis for changes in organizations.

On behalf of our client we are looking for Candidates with very high intellectual potential who are close to the relationship between business and IT.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • have comprehensive substantive background in the field of ICT
  • have higher education, willingly supplemented with MBA studies of the valued universities
  • are proficient in communication in English
  • have competences enabling effective cooperation with clients on high-level of management
  • build trust and credibility, communicate effectively
  • can take over the role of leader depending on the situation or be part of the team
  • are ambitious and open to non-standard solutions
  • have the ability to perceive problem situations, the ability to analyze and synthesize data and develop accurate recommendations
  • have several years of professional experience related to the ICT area, but the path of their development is not specialization in a given technology. The diversity of projects implemented by our client enables comprehensive development at the interface between strategic management and IT
