The goal of this role is to lead digital marketing and social media transformation towards an enhanced, on-brand consumer experience across all digital touch-points.
Head of Digital Marketing should be ready to establish global benchmarks to deliver agreed improvements in consumer metrics including brand awareness, consideration and conversion, through strengthen and integrated digital marketing planning, including improved digital media buying.

We are looking for a person able to transform the brand digital marketing strategy ensuring the strategy is delivered through the execution across all digital touchpoints throughout international structures. He or She will build and lead the digital eco system across an international organization with a key focus on building capability.
This role is also about influencing into markets to ensure content is compelling for digital channels and meeting local consumer needs to deliver measurable improvements to brand awareness/consideration/conversion metrics. Also, to ensure digital content meets best practices/competitive benchmarks for SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, tagging and analytics. The aim is to ensure customer insights are at the heart of digital plans establishing clear KPI?s for events with the support of the strategy and analytics teams and to work closely with the omni channel team to continually optimize and improve the effectiveness of all brands digital content and help support in strengthening the channel strategy and online user journey.

We are looking for a person with at least 10 years digital marketing experience including marketing leadership roles (ideally in an omni/multi-channel marketing environment). The candidate should have a relevant university degree.
This person should feel comfortable in presenting and working with C-level executive teams, having also cross functional leadership skills and proven track record of influencing at a senior level position. The candidate should be able to create the vision and translate into strong executional plans.
We are looking for excellent digital marketing skills, including an understanding of digital media and influencer marketing.
