We have an interesting opportunity for a senior director experienced in running ITIL-based services organisation. Working for well-recognised consumer goods company we are looking for Enterprise Services Manager based in Warsaw, Poland.

Global Enterprise Services Manager

(ref.IT/ESM, WARSAW)

This position is responsible to drive strategy and operations of IT Global Service. This position is responsible for the quality, cost and timeliness of all service delivery, on-going business alignment and executive communication and strategic collaboration. This person will leverage experience with proven methodology, tools and IT service management best practices to lead the team to ensure that all service management functions and operational services are effectively managed and maintained to meet business needs. Success is measured through SLAs, Customer satisfaction surveys, and key stakeholder reviews.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for managing of all IT services globally including service strategy, service design, transition, service operations and continues improvement.

This role is also accountable for vendor performance management on international scale.
Enterprise Service Manager takes case of international project portfolio delivery related to service provisioning.
This person will be managing a team of service delivery leads and have an impact on multiple teams.

  • You should have at least 10 years of experience in service management area.
  • Have an expert knowledge of ITIL framework and have managed transformation and ongoing operations of Service Management processes.
  • Have proven expertise and overall responsibility in customer service and contact center services, performance and new generation capabilities.
  • Have excellent presentation, time management, and partnering skills.
  • Have technical background (infrastructure and application maintenance)
