Our client is looking for a senior manager capable of leading a digital transformation and supervising directly its key ventures.

Director, IT Architecture & Strategic Projects
(Warsaw)

As a part of management committee you will have a direct impact on shaping the company corporate architecture. Your role will involve direct team management while having also an impact on IT and digital competencies development across the company. You will plan and lead key initiatives together with technology and business departments. You will promote and supervise execution of architectural roadmap, implement standards and best practices. You will have a relevant budget responsibility. Your role will have a direct impact on how the company will transform technology and business as the organization is in the process of reshaping its IT to become even more innovative and attractive technology-wise.

We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic leader with a solid technology background. You should have an experience in corporate architecture design and implementation. Your advisory experience would be also an asset. You should have proven project managerial experience and being familiar in Agile approach. We count on your communication skills and also people and vendor management capabilities.
