Head of Sales

Our company was founded out of passion and the need to provide professional HR consulting services. Common values, the willingness to build a competently strong team and work in a joyful, positive atmosphere have become the foundations for creating not only a workplace but also a place to live. For over 8 years of presence on the market, we have built four strong brands. Our roots are in the executive search and the competences diagnosis of the management teams.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategy in collaboration with the executive team
  • Establish long-term and short-term goals and lead strategy execution towards achieving them
  • Develop and manage team expanding sales and account management capabilities
  • Prospect and close business relationships with key target clients
  • Contribute to services and product portfolio development of all the Amberstone Group brands (Amberstone Associates, Simplicity, f-Team, Blueamber HR Strategy&Consulting)
  • Being accountable for development of adequate metrics including revenue forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to provide the best possible client experience
  • Initiate and supervise market research and marketing activities

 

What we?re looking for?

  • you should be experienced in sales and business development of B2B services (preferably to HR and board members)
  • you should be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • your experience in building or scaling up a consulting business would be a great asset
  • you should be ready to build and train a sales driven team
  • you need to be a positive and outgoing person with a sense of humor
  • you should be fluent in English and in Polish
