Head of Project Delivery CEE
(Warsaw)
You will be responsible for:
- Transforming IT business solutions in 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe
- Leading of distributed team
- Contribute to define the application roadmap
- Manage IT projects and deliver solutions on time, within the budget and on scope while respecting quality standards
- Monitor project progress and produce project reporting
- Maintain effective partnership with Business Relationship Managers and Centre of Excellence
- Validate and contribute to overall project documentation
- Assign projects within the team
- Monitor the projects delivery
- Ensure the successful implementation of the organizational change management plan
- Build and follow project budget
- Manage project resources (internal and external)
What we expect:
- more than 7 years of experience on a similar position
- management experience (projects, processes and people)
- being familiar with JDE E1 or similar solutions
- experience in leading complex projects
- fully developed change management competencies
- fluency in English and Russian
- diplomacy and ability to interact in complex environment with many stakeholders
