Greenfield Project Director
Location: Western Poland (Poznań area)
For our client – a large, well-established international manufacturing organization – we are looking for an experienced leader to take full ownership of a major greenfield industrial project.
This is a multi-year investment covering the complete lifecycle of a new manufacturing facility: from early design and permitting, through construction, to commissioning and handover to operations. The role reports directly to a board-level executive.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of a greenfield manufacturing project
- Managing design, construction and external partners (EPCM, contractors, owner’s engineers)
- Full accountability for schedule, budget, quality and risk
- Coordination of internal and international stakeholders
- Oversight of permits, regulatory and environmental processes
- Preparing the site and organization for production start-up
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in building and launching manufacturing plants
- Strong background in large-scale capital projects
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate in complex environments
- Direct, pragmatic communication style
- Experience working with international stakeholders
- Very good English
- Availability to be closely involved on site
