For our client, one of the leading international organizations in the logistics services sector, with a long-standing presence in the Polish market, we are looking for a professional to join the organization as:

Member of the Management Board – Sales & Marketing

The person in this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, driving business development, and delivering sales results in Poland. They will manage a large-scale sales organization, work closely with the Management Board and international structures, and identify new growth opportunities by leveraging data, market trends, and the potential of individual customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the sales and business development strategy.
  • Full responsibility for sales performance and budget.
  • Managing a large, geographically dispersed sales organization.
  • Developing the SME segment and diversifying the customer base.
  • Close cooperation with Operations and Logistics in developing new products and services, as well as collaboration with the marketing function.
  • Analyzing data, market trends, and market potential; identifying new business opportunities and initiating and implementing change.
  • Representing the organization at Management Board level and in cooperation with the Group’s international structures

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, geographically dispersed sales organizations of several hundred employees, including teams at managerial and director level.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies, with full accountability for business results.
  • Strategic and forward-looking mindset, with the ability to define long-term growth directions.
  • Proactive approach to business, with the ability to initiate change and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Strong ability to leverage data, business analytics, and KPIs in strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to combine a sales perspective with an operational one.
  • Ability to inspire teams, delegate responsibility, and consistently drive accountability and achievement of targets.
  • Strong business maturity and proven experience working with the Management Board.
  • Fluent English.
