Executive Recruiter

On behalf of one of our key clients, we are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to deliver a 12-month interim project supporting the dynamic development of the client’s organizational structures.
The project is carried out in a mature, highly standardized environment, where consistency of the business model, unified standards, and the quality of people decisions are critical—especially given their long-term impact on the organization.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to independently manage recruitment processes for key positions within the organization, in full alignment with established standards, processes, and organizational culture.
This is a true executive recruitment role, with a strong focus on selection quality, in-depth competency assessment, and long-term alignment of candidates with the organization’s operating model.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Senior / Executive Recruiter
Several years of hands-on experience recruiting for decision-making, managerial, or leadership roles
Strong expertise in conducting in-depth interviews and assessing managerial competencies
Ability to analyze candidate behaviors, decisions, and attitudes
High level of business maturity and a partner-oriented approach to working with senior leadership
Very good command of English
Willingness to work in a project-based (interim) model

Workload: full-time
Employment type: employment contract with Amberstone Associates
Project duration: 12 months (with a possibility of extension)
Compensation: PLN 14,000 – 20,000 gross per month, depending on experience and role fit
Location: Warsaw
Work model: hybrid (3 days on-site)
Business travel: readiness to travel within Poland
