Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join the company as a ​Pricing Manager. As the ​Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a centralized pricing for all spare parts products across all European markets where the company is present. Your expertise in the automotive industry, particularly in aftersales services, will be crucial in ensuring competitive pricing strategies and maximizing profitability.

PRICING MANAGER AFTERSALES MARKET (AUTOMOTIVE)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a centralized pricing for aftersales services across all Solaris European markets (previous experience in designing, developing, and implementing centralized pricing required)
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer demands to determine optimal pricing structures.
  • Conduct regular pricing reviews and make recommendations for adjustments based on market dynamics and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and present pricing reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain pricing databases, tools, and systems to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pricing in the automotive aftersales market.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and distributors, to negotiate pricing agreements and optimize cost structures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align pricing strategies with business objectives
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management within the automotive industry, preferably in aftersales services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, methodologies, and tools
  • Familiarity with the European automotive market and aftersales services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and pricing software (e.g., Excel, SAP, pricing optimization tools)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; Polish and additional languages are a plus. Additional language skills are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage (German, Italian, Spanish, French)
