Due to the company’s rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced candidate for the position of:

Aftersales Director Italy

Rome, hybrid

Responsibilities
  • Execute aftersales strategy in alignment with regional business goals;
  • Lead initiatives to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency;
  • Monitor and track KPIs to ensure performance targets are met;
  • Oversee local spare parts sales and inventory management;
  • Ensure timely availability and delivery of parts to service centers and customers;
  • Collaborate with HQ to optimize operations;
  • Supervise the performance of authorized service centers and mobile service teams;
  • Monitor fleet performance and coordinate technical support to maximize uptime;
  • Maintain and develop service standards and best practices across the network;
  • Lead and develop the local aftersales team, including service engineers, technical support, and customer service staff;
  • Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of technical and customer-facing skills;
  • Manage the local aftersales budget, focusing on cost control and profitability;
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and business planning processes;
Expectations
  • 10+ years in aftersales, service, or operations within the bus business / trucks / construction machines / commercial vehicles;
  • Experience managing service teams and operations in a local or regional context;
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and operational improvements;
  • Command of English: B2 / C1;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Additional certifications in service management or operations are a plus;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Solid understanding of spare parts and service operations;
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • Customer-focused, hands-on, and results-driven.
