Aftersales Director Italy

Responsibilities
- Execute aftersales strategy in alignment with regional business goals;
- Lead initiatives to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency;
- Monitor and track KPIs to ensure performance targets are met;
- Oversee local spare parts sales and inventory management;
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of parts to service centers and customers;
- Collaborate with HQ to optimize operations;
- Supervise the performance of authorized service centers and mobile service teams;
- Monitor fleet performance and coordinate technical support to maximize uptime;
- Maintain and develop service standards and best practices across the network;
- Lead and develop the local aftersales team, including service engineers, technical support, and customer service staff;
- Identify training needs and ensure continuous development of technical and customer-facing skills;
- Manage the local aftersales budget, focusing on cost control and profitability;
- Support forecasting, reporting, and business planning processes;
Expectations
- 10+ years in aftersales, service, or operations within the bus business / trucks / construction machines / commercial vehicles;
- Experience managing service teams and operations in a local or regional context;
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and operational improvements;
- Command of English: B2 / C1;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Additional certifications in service management or operations are a plus;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Solid understanding of spare parts and service operations;
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
- Customer-focused, hands-on, and results-driven.
