Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Develop and implement the organization\u2019s IT strategy in alignment with a Group strategic goals and architectural guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Manage the IT budget, both CAPEX and OPEX<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the selection, adaptation, implementation, and maintenance of technological solutions<\/li>\n
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and key technology partners within the organization<\/li>\n
  • Manage the IT projects portfolio<\/li>\n
  • Supervise the cybersecurity area<\/li>\n
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to leverage technological solutions, actively exploring and proposing innovative approaches and new applications<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate closely with the Group to facilitate the smooth rollout and implementation of group-wide solutions<\/li>\n
  • Effectively manage the technology team, overseeing their activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes setting goals, enforcing standards, and developing and implementing comprehensive development plans <\/li>\n
  • Foster the professional growth and motivation of individual team members, actively supporting their performance management and providing guidance and mentorship<\/li>\n
  • Define clear professional roles within the technology team, actively recruit and train resources to enhance team capabilities, and establish succession plans for key positions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the IT\/technology field, preferably in a technologically advanced manufacturing\/engineering company<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with integrated systems, preferably SAP\/SAP Hana<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity<\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing an IT team<\/li>\n
    • Experience in managing relationships within an international organization<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English<\/li>\n
    • Strategic and leadership skills<\/li>\n
    • Independence and accountability<\/li>\n
    • Proactivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
