IT Director

(Poznań/hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy in alignment with a Group strategic goals and architectural guidelines
  • Manage the IT budget, both CAPEX and OPEX
  • Oversee the selection, adaptation, implementation, and maintenance of technological solutions
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and key technology partners within the organization
  • Manage the IT projects portfolio
  • Supervise the cybersecurity area
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to leverage technological solutions, actively exploring and proposing innovative approaches and new applications
  • Collaborate closely with the Group to facilitate the smooth rollout and implementation of group-wide solutions
  • Effectively manage the technology team, overseeing their activities and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes setting goals, enforcing standards, and developing and implementing comprehensive development plans
  • Foster the professional growth and motivation of individual team members, actively supporting their performance management and providing guidance and mentorship
  • Define clear professional roles within the technology team, actively recruit and train resources to enhance team capabilities, and establish succession plans for key positions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the IT/technology field, preferably in a technologically advanced manufacturing/engineering company
  • Experience working with integrated systems, preferably SAP/SAP Hana
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity
  • Experience in managing an IT team
  • Experience in managing relationships within an international organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Strategic and leadership skills
  • Independence and accountability
  • Proactivity
